Whenever it’s not your own cat that you’re concerned about but you still want humane ways in which to repel cats, you should know that there are some plants that will do this for you. Just like there are some plants that attract cats, there are also some plants that will repel cats. These plants include lavender, rue, geranium and lemon thyme. While these plants repel cats they also look great at the same time. Therefore, you can easily plant them as a border around your garden to repel cats. There’s no guarantee that this will work but it never hurts to try.
Clearly there are some humane ways in which you can repel cats. These are only two of them though. There are also products available to prevent cats from digging. Lemon, orange and pepper can also be sprayed to repel cats. It’s a matter of trying a few different things until you find what works best for you.
